Jack this list is massive! Now, have you done your homework properly or are you just relying on your plugin not to overping? I'm well tempted to give it a go though - I made a ping list for my sites called Rick's Wordpress Ping List
but I was aware it might be a bit overpingy. Having said that it works really well and posts rank within seconds.

This is about the best Wordpress Ping List I can find at the moment - I had made my own Wordpress Ping List but I feared it may over ping, this looks more sensible.
